The first initiative is the introduction of an Apprenticeship Program for Tech Support Specialists, offering a comprehensive curriculum encompassing over 2000 hours of on-the-job (OTJ) training. The apprenticeship provides individuals with hands-on experience, equipping them with essential skills and expertise to thrive in the rapidly evolving IT industry. Participants in the program will have the unique opportunity to work as full-time employees of Lexicon Tech Solutions, gaining valuable insights and practical knowledge under the guidance of seasoned professionals.

In addition to the apprenticeship program, Lexicon and CompTIA have established an Academy Partnership for K-12 Districts. The partnership trains students through a tailored curriculum provided to participating schools, enabling them to earn various CompTIA certifications while still in high school.
Students will have the opportunity to develop a solid foundation in IT fundamentals, cybersecurity, and other in-demand skills, enhancing their readiness for future career paths in the technology sector.
