Lexicon Tech Solutions 25+ Years Logo

We fix student and teacher devices - and we do it better than anyone else.

Lexicon Tech Solutions has established itself as a K-12 leader for device repair, lifecycle management services, and device fleet analytics. Lexicon’s key differentiator is our singular focus on break fix services, combined with our strong risk management controls. We have spent more than 25 years perfecting the processes that allow us to be one of the most successful and trusted device repair companies available to K-12 districts.

Historically, many device resellers began offering device repair because they had to in order to sell devices. Lexicon does not sell devices, so repair is our sole focus. Lexicon’s core capabilities include:

Lexicon Warehouse Global Supply Chain

global supply chain

Instead of exposing our partner Districts to the risks of trendy “just in time inventory” business practices, we bulk order parts at the start of each contract to ensure we have the parts on hand when devices come in for repair. Using our in-depth analytics, we are able to anticipate parts problems (based on hard-to-find units, cost, shipping, seasonal delays, break rates, etc.) and predict where and when we may need to “bump up” your parts inventory.
