A Letter from Lexicon Tech’s CEO
We’re hearing from numerous districts impacted by this week’s closing of Staymobile. The Lexicon team has been working closely with our OEM and distribution partners to formulate transition plans and longer-term solutions for districts that have contracts with Staymobile.
Lexicon is able to offer these districts the option to transition repair work over to our 75,000 s.f. ISO 9001:2015 Atlanta-based facility. Our immediate focus will be on assisting districts with urgent short-term repair needs. However, we are also working behind-the-scenes to provide pricing alternatives for longer-term ADP contracts.
We fully understand any hesitancy to enter into another contract, and my team is available to answer any and all questions. What I’d like you to know is that Lexicon has been successfully doing tech repair for 25 years. We work for companies and schools ranging from Amazon and the U.S. Postal Service to Atlanta Public Schools and Henry County. We hold a strong cash position and thoughtfully grow our business in order to maintain the level of service and turn time (5-10 days) for which we are known.
Lexicon is much more than a repair provider. We work closely with our partner districts to roadmap our device deployment services and ongoing support. In addition, our value-added services provide your district and team with exceptional insights for growth and planning. If you’re not yet familiar with Lexicon, this video provides a quick overview of our services.
We expect you will have numerous questions and we are here to provide as many answers as we can. Please reach out to our K-12 team at alwayslearning@lexiconK12.com or call us at (770) 602-1858.
You may also reach out to me directly and I’ll be happy to assist in any way I can.
