We customize our deployment services to meet the needs of your district, including repackaging to save space and waste, performance testing, and distributing devices down to the student level.
The day your contract is signed, we bulk order parts for all your devices. This allows us to bypass repair delays and ensure the fastest turnaround time possible. We perform a full diagnostic on every device to identify both reported and unreported issues. Specialized microelectronics component-repair, device testing, and quality checks for full functionality eliminate the need for repeat returns. Lexicon is ISO 9001:2015, and follows MSD JEDEC STD-033C. We are also ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) certified to further extend the life of your devices.
Lexicon’s spare pool services ensure your schools stand ready to replace broken devices with working spare devices at a moment’s notice. More than that, our monitoring services help ensure all your schools have an adequate supply of spare devices on hand.
All your staff has to do is scan or enter the damaged device into RepairEngine and scan or enter the spare pool device being given to the student and send them back to class. We’ll do the rest.
Lexicon has been a leader in Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) for more than 25 years. All repairs and processing are covered under Lexicon’s single-source warranty with unlimited ADP per device. All devices are eligible for coverage, including new, existing, and devices not in good working order. One-source warranty means that when damage occurs, your device is covered. If the device is still covered under manufacturer warranty, we’ll submit the claim. If not, you have full coverage under our ADP plan. Either way, your staff won’t spend time tracking down coverage issues. All that’s required is that you enter the damaged device into RepairEngine®. We’ll take it from there.
No matter your location, we’ll schedule a weekly pickup/drop-off schedule for your repairs with the ability to increase during high times of ADP activity.
For districts local to Lexicon or to a Lexicon Satellite Repair Facility, an employed driver will be assigned for pick-ups and drop-offs.
For districts outside of Lexicon’s drive radius and/or districts with less than 10,000 student devices, Lexicon has teamed up with UPS to offer premiere delivery service direct to your door. We’ll coordinate with your team for day/time pick-up and drop-offs at centralized locations, and supply you with Lexicon’s custom-designed 10-slot boxes. As you accumulate devices in need of repair, simply load them into the 10- slot box. UPS will pick up the box and return repaired devices on your scheduled day. We guarantee worry-free shipping as each box comes with the return label already applied.
For large districts or areas with multiple clients, Lexicon will open and operate on demand “pop-up” repair facilities.
We are committed to responsible recycling of all electronics, batteries, plastics, PCB boards, glass, and meta. Lexicon uses an R2v3, ISO 45001, and ISO ISO 14001 certified disposal company.
Lexicon guarantees hassle-free student device repair and maintenance solutions. Our technicians can help extend the life of your student devices for greater ROI.
