“If we didn’t have Lexicon, we’d probably have to hire at least a dozen additional people.” – Femi Aina, Director of IT for Atlanta Public Schools.
Spare pool is the most important part of Lexicon’s AlwaysLearning® program.
A set of devices are set aside at each school location. When a student device fails, the student hands in the damaged device and receives a replacement device from the spare pool. Once the damaged device is repaired and returned by Lexicon, the spare pool device is returned to storage and the student is reunited with their original device.
On the student/school staff side, the entire transaction takes 10 minutes. Spare pool is how we’re able to guarantee no downtime for students, and that student learning is never disrupted due to malfunctioning technology.
AlwaysLearning™ is Lexicon’s Proven Device Management Solution. We guarantee students are never without working tech. Watch how we do it.
