Device Repair in 4-5 Days (Or Less)

Devices Always Working. Students AlwaysLearning™. Guaranteed.

Schools in South Carolina are experiencing long lead times (many months in some cases) for Chromebook and laptop repairs.

Lexicon’s typical turn time for device repair (all makes/models) is 4-5 days.

Here’s how we do it:

Bulk Parts Ordering

We eliminate the risk of parts not being available by bulk ordering and storing parts in our 50,000 s.f. Atlanta repair facility. Simply put, parts delay is never an issue.

Advanced Repair Capabilities

Specialized microelectronics component-repair, device testing, full diagnostics, and quality checks for full functionality eliminate the need for repeat returns.

ISO 9001:2015 Certified

We are driven by procedural standards with a 99.9% first-time fix rate and 14 individual certifications held by our technicians and engineers.

How to work with us

Lexicon is in the process of procuring state contract status in South Carolina. However, we are able to work with any SC district now through either our vendor partners (CDW, Dell, Prosys), your district’s approved device vendor, or the TIPS Purchasing Cooperative.

What’s TIPS?

TIPS is an acronym for The Interlocal Purchasing System. TIPS is a national purchasing cooperative that offers access to competitively procured purchasing contracts to its membership. Membership in TIPS is free.

Lexicon Tech Solutions is an awarded vendor through the TIPS program (contract number: 210902). We offer TIPS members the opportunity to purchase our device repair services at discounted pricing without the delay and expense of going out to bid.

How Does My District Become a Member of TIPS?

The TIPS website offers step-by-step instructions on how to become a member. The process is fast, simple, and free.
